Twins phone for GSM and WCDMA networks

The Chinese company TechFaith Wireless, the developer of original design for mobile devices, has announced the world first (as it claims) mobile phone, which can hold two GSM cards or one GSM and one WCDMA. The device is called the Twins. It features a 2-megapixel camera, a frontal camera for video calls, a media player, a WCDMA modem and Bluetooth support.

According to the manufacturer, the demand for this solution has become mature and it can become essential, for example, for travelers. The shipments of the Twins are scheduled for November 2007.
